How a visit works

  1. Choose a service and time

    Pick a slot that suits you and add your address. The full price is shown before you book.

  2. Pay a small advance

    20% confirms the booking. Pay by UPI or card; wallet credit is used first.

  3. Meet your professional

    A verified partner near you accepts the job. Follow her from assigned to on the way.

  4. Share your start code

    She can begin only after you give her the code at your door. Pay the balance when the visit is done.

    No code, no start. It confirms that the person at your door is the one we assigned.

    Raise a complaint from the booking page. Support sees the whole visit history and replies in the app.

Before you book

How are Femino professionals verified?

Every partner uploads her identity and supporting documents when she signs up. The Femino team reviews them and approves the profile before she can accept any booking.

How much do I pay to book?

You pay a 20% advance to confirm the booking and the balance after the visit. The full price of each service is shown before you book. You can pay by UPI or card, and any Femino wallet credit is used first.

How do I know the right person has arrived?

Each booking has a start code. Your professional can begin the visit only after you share that code with her at your door.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel from the booking page until your professional is on her way. The advance is not refunded when you cancel. If Femino or the professional cancels, the full advance comes back to your Femino wallet.

Where do refunds go?

Refunds are added to your Femino wallet straight away and are used automatically on your next booking. If you need the money back on your original payment method, raise a support request from the app.
