Last updated: 6 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-23

1. Independent partner

  • A partner is not an employee of Femino. She is an independent service partner who chooses when to go on duty.

2. KYC and verification

  • Identity proof (Aadhaar), PAN card, bank account details, a live selfie and police verification are mandatory.
  • A one-time onboarding fee (₹249 today) is paid once your documents are complete.
  • You can take bookings only after Femino approves your profile.

3. Commission and payouts

  • After each completed booking, Femino's agreed commission is deducted and the rest is credited to your Femino wallet.
  • You can withdraw your wallet balance to your bank account.

4. ID block policy

  • Misconduct, theft, poor service or a rating below 3.5 stars can lead to your partner ID being suspended or blocked.

5. What partners must do

  • Reach the customer's home on time, in uniform or with your ID card.
  • Verify the customer's start code (OTP) before starting work.
  • Respect the customer's privacy and take full care of their belongings.
  • Tell the Femino help desk at once about any emergency.

6. What partners must not do

  • Ask for money or tips beyond the price fixed in the app.
  • Take any personal information, photos or belongings from the customer's home without permission.
  • Send anyone else (a relative or friend) to work on your ID.
  • Come on duty intoxicated or improperly dressed.

7. Penalties

  • Cancelling at the last moment without a reason: lower priority for new job offers.
  • Abusive behaviour or language: ID blocked permanently, and legal action.
  • Paying or being paid outside the app (off-platform payment): ₹500 fine and the ID blocked for 15 days.

8. Contact
